It was an interview that was broken up into multiple sessions, where I interviewed with the hiring managers and they described there projects. They seemed very interested in learning about what my background was and how I see it being applied to their company. The steps I took were to send cover letter/resume to a hiring manager, told to apply online, interview, got a phone call about offer and how to proceed.

Big emphasis on good team player questions.
They asked mostly questions about my resume and what I learned from each experience and what value I took from each class, work experience, skill.
They asked if I knew what the company makes/does and any history about the company.

After two interviews, the recruiter sent a link for self-assessment. The self-assessment had about 150 multiple choices questions, but they said it only takes 10-15 minutes. After finishing self-assessment, I received a reject letter a week later (shortly after the manager said want to bring me onsite). Good luck with getting the "correct" answers
