A college recruiting event got me connected with the company. Things were looking well. Three interviews via FT or webex. Then, they invited me to a plant and I was supposed to hear back in a "few weeks" it has been 4 months since... no word. They are going through a lot of changes and having trouble managing all the work. Not the best experience. Also its courteous to just reply no thank you, we have found another candidate or whatever...
(Also I was shook to hear that they don't have the capabilities to calculate throughput atm. On any of the lines! lol)

Starts with one phone interview with a human resources representative and one more with the hiring manager. Then an on-site interview with the hiring manager. They were very professional and polite and I had a good experience throughout the interview.

Initial phone screen. The recruiter was incredibly welcoming and direct. I was not a fit for what they are looking for but it was mutually understood. Very pleasant experience. It was also a quick turnaround from when I applied to when I received the call.
It was with a Recruiter and mostly behavioral questions. Questions were mostly scenario based. Trying to find how you would fit in the culture. Mostly general questions, very polite and formal.
