they just asked basic procedure questions like what would you do type of questions. It was just 2 questions like that and they were very simple to be honest. I would recommend just being yourself when answering and do not try to force anything when answering the questions they ask. If its your first time job it should be easy to pass the first interview (and only one).

4 steps in interview. Group Interview 1 on 1 interview with HR 1 on 1 interview with service director 1 on 1 interview with general manager. Whole process took about a month to an offer letter.

It was about average! The questions were pretty simple, and I had a group interview to show that working in a group was no problem. After the group interview we did solo questions.
