I applied online and got a call back within an hour, if I remember correctly. I was scheduled an in-person interview with a manager. After that, I was scheduled another "interview" with the store director, but once you reach this point you already got the job.

Started with a group interview where questions were asked and everyone got a chance to answer the question. Then you are called back later that day and another interview occurs then you are offered the job that same day.

It was 2 separate interviews. My interviews went well, but I was not chosen. I was hoping that after the first interview I would be chosen to be an employee there since it went really well, but that just wasn't the case.

Well, it's pretty easy to do. Just make sure you are in a quite environment and it does give you more than one chance to rerecord. Other than that, the process is easily doable.
