When presenting Meal Deal one manager as customer first asked us how to cook steak he found. We had to merge that conversation into sales pitch for meal deal.

It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, I got in on a staffing agency that was hiring to fill positions for a new store opening. I had a group interview, then a one on one interview and was offered a position.
