Phone interview with recruiter, very easy getting to know you type questions, not technical. Face to Face interview with entire team was very odd. I didn't feel like they were prepared to conduct an interview, but I might have just caught them on a busy day. Very little tech talk, mostly getting to know you type questions. They asked why I wanted to come to HEB at least 4 times. When I showed up for the interview the hiring manager opened the door for me, and didn't introduce himself until he walked me to the receptionist. When I asked the receptionist for him by name, she said "well that is him behind you..." Overall, it was a very odd interview process.
