The interview process was average- there were a few seperate interviews. First, I completed an optional online 'digital interview' right after I submitted the application. A few days later, I was emailed to schedule an in-person interview with the department (bakery) manager and the store manager (seperate interviews, same day.) The next day, the department (bakery) manager called and I was offered the position. The whole process took about a week.
