Very interactive with activities and a group presentation. It was a group interview and there were around 20 people also in the interview. They had us sitting at tables first drawing a picture, then organizing us into groups based on our table. Once we were in a group we had to come up with a group name and present it to everyone else.
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.
