HR reached out and asked the normal HR questions. Stated I would go through 3 more interviews with team members, managers, and others. I then waited for the next phase of the process.

I applied with a well-aligned resume but only received an email rejection after six weeks. The rejection did not add any clarity to why I was not at least given a phone call.

Even though I did not receive a job offer, overall I had a great interview experience with H-E-B. The job description was a little vague as compared to to what was posted online. It was definitely a little more complex than it was initially explained to me by the recruiter, in which I wish I would have answered a little differently (they mentioned this after I answered my interview questions). Also, I know H-E-B stands by equity & inclusion, so it was a little disappointing not having any BIPOC on the leadership team that interviewed me.
