They send you very generic questions regardless of the position. Don’t feel so pressured as these video recordings don’t go straight to the store but a sorter you basically gives the hiring manager the green light to invite you to an in person interview.

Name a situation where you had to problem solve and how did you solve it?
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.
