Applied in December 2021, Received request for interview in mid February 2022. Three rounds. First phone screen, 2nd was a panel and 3rd was with A Director and the managers who was retiring. I connected great with everyone except the manager who’s needing a replacement due to retirement. He seemed confident that he was likely irreplaceable. I did not receive any feedback for 3 weeks after the last interview and that was 2 months after the process started.
