The interview is typically a group interview with around 10 candidates. They are asked to do group exercises to demonstrate how they work as a team. They are also given scenarios and asked to present their solution in front of the group.

Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about

It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
