Step 1. Screening call with a recruiter. They asked basic questions about my experience and what I am looking for in a company. Step 2. Interview with the hiring manager. It was a casual conversation to make sure I was a culture fit for the team before they start the technical interview process. Step 3. Take Home coding challenge. They give you the option to do a take home coding challenge or live coding with a panel. I chose the take home challenge. It was a standard REST API. Step 4. Panel Interviews. I met with 2 panels (2 senior and staff level engineers on each panel) and basically did a demo of the application I developed and a code review. All questions were related to the design and coding choices I made in the coding challenge. Step 5. Another interview with the hiring manager and one of his manager colleagues. They asked behavioral questions..."Tell me a time when...." After the final interview, I received an offer less than 12 hours later. The entire process from submitting my application to offer letter took exactly 1 month.
