Group Interview, with all department heads and manager overseeing. They had us draw a picture of what we viewed our position doing. We then presented our drawing, explaining it as well, and told a little about ourselves. After that, they passed out cards with different scenarios on them and had us discuss out loud what You as the employee should do. When we were done with that, they had us tell them what we WOULDN'T do. If you made it through the first interview you were contacted the next day for a second interview with the head of the department you applied for.
