Applied online then went in for a group interview. The store manage had the group work through different activities. Had every answer question individually. After that the ones that were noticed got a call back then went in for signing paperwork, training and worked maybe an hour or 2

Three stages of interviews. One is through the phone. Second is with the department manager. Third is with the General Manager. They will call you back after each stage if you pass it.
