You will take an online test, 50 questions to make it as a possible employee. It will ask you customer service questions, some of them are difficult just remember customers first, and a manager is the most direct way to answer an unknown question. The GM will then interview you, and then the unit director.

very easy basic questions. they had an example bagging question of how would you bag these 2-4 items together and it’s mostly common sense. interview was quick maybe took 15 minutes max

Digital interview done with the application then an in person interview lots of behavioral and some situational questions did a walkthrough of the store after the interview very friendly and conversational
