After online interview, the process was very smooth. They ask a lot of scenario based questions relating to leadership and customer service! They also want to learn more about you and how take on challenges!

If you were to make a mistake bagging, what steps would you take to make sure the customer has a positive outcome?
The interview process involves screening applicants, conducting initial phone interviews. Interviews were about behavioral questions and interviewer was nice and kind. Learned more about their company and asked questions about what it is like to work there.
They require an online video prompt interview. They ask a few questions and you have around a minute to respond. It is not that bad but can be overwhelming as a young student.

why this company? why this role? what are your goals? etc
