2 step interview process. First interview was easy, second one was harder. Must be prepared, but it was simple overall. Very enjoyable experience. No prior work experience was needed, but everything turnbedf out smoothly
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about

It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
