I applied online, interview at the store. Casual talk with the store manager about the experiences and how the store works. It was pretty straight forward even without any experiences.

Group interview. 10 candidates in a small dingy room. Poorly organised and interviewers showed very little interest or skill in conducting an effective interview. Were in pairs for the whole thing, no way to stand out and other people taking credit for your ideas. No observation of how you handled planning and answering the tasks in your pairs, interviewers just sat there having a chat.

Il manager del negozio è stato gentilissimo e ha cercato di metterci subito a nostro agio e ci ha semplicemente spiegato l’ambiente lavorativo, le nostre esperienze precedenti e se avevamo noi dubbi o domande da fare.
