It was pretty easy, after you apply online you get a phone screen interview which is about 10 minutes, the interviewer was really nice and friendly. It helped to make it less intimidating. At the end of the phone interview i was scheduled an in-store interview. It was pretty standard lasted about 20-30 minutes and at the end I was offered the position.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
