The full process is quite long, very basic questions, but too many steps. Not sure why they make it so complicated, while probably two or three interviews would be more than enough.

Group interview, first part was a task to create a stylish outfit out of magazine cuttings. Then a group questionare followed by a 1 on 1 interview. Just be confident and show you are helpful in your team and you will most likely get the job.
