I applied for the job online through Linkedin, and got a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes (scheduled for 20 minutes). Three phases: Phone Interview, Personal Questions Interview, and Trend/Buying Interview.
It was the first interview via Whatsapp. They did not ask anything about my gender or marital status and did not even ask me to turn on the camera which is really to provide everyone equal opportunity.

They asked which designers are my favourites and the most observed trends recently seen.
Very slow but they respond with feedback, which helps you in the future. They conduct 4 interviews and the timeline between each interview is 14 days, so pretty long a process

I had a telephone interview and a second interview via Skype and they were very friendly. The second was naturally more intense and I was interviewed by HR and a buyer
