Normal questions like describe yourself or any weaknesses then made me pick out an outfit based off of a scenario they told me and I had to go around the shop to pick out an outfit.
Mi hanno fatto le classiche domande da hr. Tutto ok e conforme al lavoro svolto. Mi hanno ricontattata dopo poco e ho accettato la posizione lavorativa. Sono cambiate poi dopo il colloquio.

1. Telefonat und kurzes Telefoninterview mit HR. - was auch sehr angenehm und nett verlaufen ist.
2. Interview mit Store Manager und Teamleiter im jeweiligen Store vor Ort. - was so gemischt verlaufen ist.

Colloquio
The branch manager was very nice. Asked about work experience, my expectations. I was interested in H&M Home section of the store. She told me there's no solid separations between the sections and employees are expected to share the workload in times of need. I was told there are 4000 visitors daily in the branch. Full-time position is 180h monthly, in a week 4 shifts+1 shift either on Friday or Saturday evening. First 6 months they pay 37 shekels per hour, then 39 shekels.
