Completed an online application form which was fairly simple and attached a CV. I was then invited to interview by email. 1 face to face interview which lasted around about 30 minutes. Two people were present a store manager who was asking the questions and department manager who just took notes.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
