I applied online and was then contacted by email about a week later. The email told me to call back in which I had a phone interview. The manager was very nice and laid back making me feel comfortable. I then had a second interview in person with the district recruiter which was very pleasant. Immediately after her I met with the store manager and she was pleasant as well. Overall easy going experience.

The most unexpected question was in regards to their own store, what would I suggest to improve their sales & what do I see as an opportunity to improve their sales floor.

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
