Invitation to a group interview.
Group interview had questions and a style challenge. Questions were asked openly to the group as a discussion so it was up to you to pitch in and be heard. Got a phone call a few days later offering me a job.

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
