After completing the first year tax course (Sept-Dec, 6 hours per week) and passing 2 exams I was contacted for an interview. The interview was about 30 minutes long and they were looking for past situations where I dealt with clients, what I would do in the case of an upset client, how comfortable would I be dealing with co-workers and clients.

I applied for an Experienced Tax Professional position after passing their Tax Knowledge Assessment. I got a call from the DGM who asked about my experience with tax preparation. We've discussed pay and location and an offer letter was sent afterwards
