It was pretty standard. We need to take Tax Income Classes first, then pass the test, apply for the job and then they call for an interview. They asked me why I like to prepare taxes.
First, I was asked some questions about my career background and why I was interested in the position. Then I was given some scenarios related to customer service, I had to explain how I would handle the situation. The interviewer made sure that I was acknowledged the role is seasonal.

It was very easy over the phone interview. Once I applied I reviewed a call in less than 48 hours. She walked me through everything and set me up for class which is 6 wks long.
HR and manager together. Tell about yourself, your hobby. Ask your tax experience, how you feel to do tax by yourself. How flexible in tax season. And which location you prefer to work, do you mind to work other locations.
