Video Interview, they get you to access a third part platform which supports resuming should anything breaks up during the process. It also allows you to test your phone or laptop beforehand and there's quick IT support so don't worry about tech issue.

The interview process is solely based on how well you do in H & R Block's tax preparation course. They did not look at my resume. They were not interested in my qualifications or experience.

They asked why I wanted to work at a particular office (which happened to be within walking distance from my home).
Video interview, just need to follow up the interview process and answer questions. In my opinion.its better to do it in a quiet environment, and dress up for the interview.
