I filled out the on-line job application, passed the assessment and skills test. A week later received an invite for an interview for a seasonal CSR. I went in and did a 1:1 interview with the District Manager. He seemed as though he liked me - told me he would like for me to work in this office and that office. I asked him does this mean I have the job, because he kept beating around the bush. He said "I think so". Said he would get back to me in a few days - a month later - still haven't heard from him, never received an employment offer letter or any other response. I sent a letter and called to follow-up, NOTHING....How unprofessional is that???

I was reached out to after a few months of me submitting my resume to them in a Career fair. Pretty simple and straightforward. It was a part-time position so it will be general.
