The interview process was very different from last years and much slower. Applied online, a few weeks later I got a call to schedule a interview at the office near me. I went into the interview and was interviewed by two office leaders from two different offices (neither one from the office that I was applying to). Got asked basic interview question and a curve question at the end. When interview was over I was told that within two weeks I would be hearing from district manager about whether or not I would be moving on. Two-three weeks later got the call from the district manager offering me a position at a totally different store than the ones I selected. I accepted anyway.

I was reached out to after a few months of me submitting my resume to them in a Career fair. Pretty simple and straightforward. It was a part-time position so it will be general.
