After passing the HR Block tax training courses with a grade of 80% or higher, I was invited for an interview with the Central Toronto Regional leader at a location in downtown. The interview process was very pleasant. The interviewer was very nice and asked me a lot of customer service questions.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
