I applied on line, and I took the individual tax course. The interview is one of parts to make you to be a tax associate. I was asked some basic information and behavior questions. They introduced what you need to do in the future and the pay.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
