Applied online and received an email a few weeks later to schedule a virtual interview. I spoke with a district manager and learned more about the position and the responsibilities. I got an offer shortly after.
Teams meeting with 2 MTL. Told position is paid training from Nov to Dec on-line at your pace & several in-office with role playing. Then full time in January thru April 15th.

It’s pretty easy, they are very thorough and detailed, the interview process is not long but they do care about being able to multitask in a stressful, fast paced environment.
