There are many scenario type questions, which can be best answered by telling your own true stories or experiences. Just be positive, be honest and be yourself. If this is the type of job for you, the interviewer will know when the "natural you" are being manifested during the interview.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
