It's a seasonal tax job. An online video interview in 10 minutes was provided.
The whole process should take no longer than 30 minutes to finish, which includes checking your setup, doing some practice questions and completing the interview

What are the 3 most important things when dealing with clients?
Video Interview, they get you to access a third part platform which supports resuming should anything breaks up during the process. It also allows you to test your phone or laptop beforehand and there's quick IT support so don't worry about tech issue.
Video interview, just need to follow up the interview process and answer questions. In my opinion.its better to do it in a quiet environment, and dress up for the interview.
