The interview was a mock tax return preparation. The interview pretended to be a client and I had to prepare the tax return while asking questions to the client. Afterwards we analyzed the tax return and reviewed my resume.

First, I was asked some questions about my career background and why I was interested in the position. Then I was given some scenarios related to customer service, I had to explain how I would handle the situation. The interviewer made sure that I was acknowledged the role is seasonal.

HR and manager together. Tell about yourself, your hobby. Ask your tax experience, how you feel to do tax by yourself. How flexible in tax season. And which location you prefer to work, do you mind to work other locations.
