Just your average interview with basic questions. Focus on customer service and communication skills. No technical questions were asked. It was a video interview with follow-up on less than a week.

Video Interview, they get you to access a third part platform which supports resuming should anything breaks up during the process. It also allows you to test your phone or laptop beforehand and there's quick IT support so don't worry about tech issue.
Video interview, just need to follow up the interview process and answer questions. In my opinion.its better to do it in a quiet environment, and dress up for the interview.
