We had a Zoom call. very friendly team interviewed me and described the job. They also asked me few questions related to my experience. They explained to me that this job is more like retail environment.

We talked about my corporate experience vs retail environment in H&R Block. They wanted to make sure that I would be comfortable in that environment.
Teams meeting with 2 MTL. Told position is paid training from Nov to Dec on-line at your pace & several in-office with role playing. Then full time in January thru April 15th.
