The interview process was typical of the kind of phone screening you have probably had many times. I did find it useful that he would summarize what I was telling him into bullet points. I've interviewed once with one of their clients, but was not offered a position. I don't think it would have been a great fit, so I wasn't that upset about it. After being offered another opportunity, I responded back with bullet points as requested and heard nothing back, despite this being a very good fit. After not hearing anything, I tried to touch base with the recruiter to see if there was any critique of the information I sent regarding the last opportunity. Still haven't heard anything and it's been a couple weeks. Disappointing.
