I was dragged through a torturous two-month ordeal that ended up in nothing but disappointment and frustration. The organization decided to scrap the position I applied for after making me go through three rounds of interviews, a take-home technical assessment, and a personality quiz. The technical assessment was a joke. It had nothing to do with the position or the experience level they claimed to require. It was full of irrelevant and outdated questions that tested ability to interpret bash scripts. Throughout the whole process, I received nothing but positive feedback from them. They praised my performance, complimented my personality, and assured me that I was a strong candidate. They kept me hopeful and optimistic until the very end, when they dropped the bombshell that they no longer needed the position. This organization is a mess. They have no clue what they really need or want. They will waste your time and energy with their indecision and incompetence. They will string you along with false promises and empty compliments. They will crush your hopes and dreams with their sudden changes and cancellations. Stay away from them or be prepared to face the same fate as I did.

Phone interview with an HR person asking technical questions. She was reading off of a script and is basically looking for the correct answer on her script. These type of interviews are annoying as you cannot get your thought process through to someone technical. She was very nice however.
