It was a 3 step process; Application process and two phone call interviews for the second time I’ve applied. The first time I applied, there were two interviews both in person prior to covid/pandemic.

Interview happened on 4 rounds (3 technical and 1 Director cum Managerial). Director took 45min discussion at last min will say we don’t have budget n will say lowest possible compensation to make u leave by urself.. And HR are concerned about the candidates, will never attend any calls .. will never give any feedback even after 100+ calls
