I joined Harman as a fresher . So there were 5 rounds including the Aptitude, Followed by 3 rounds of technical and a HR interview to finish the process.

For a Fresher level I felt I was asked all the simple questions to write few programs in C in technical rounds ,while HR was also similar to the questions freqently asked . Basic preparation will help you clear the tests.
