I have been scheduled an Interview at 4 pm for React Technical Architect Interview They called by 4:30 There is no time management. He was not able to communicate properly in English. he was not what he was asking. Felt Like I kid has started with React JS .

I was informed that I am the only person personally inviting for the interview. Anyway I reached on time on the day and was waiting for 1 hour and luckily after 1 hour they given slot with one guy I hope he definitely junior guy than me and that stupid guy asking me questions like anything else like the tools which he worked and immediately asked one ORM tools which he is not aware of I replied that is one ORM tool which was introduced in early 2007 only and he was surprised OK but at same time he was expecting from my side I don't at least which he worked. What a selfish fellow and his behavior like he him not sure what he was asking and I don't know how can a junior was allowed to ask such a experiences person. He was not ready to listen others and was mentally was also not good. Guys if you want such kind of igo experience finally one thing must be sure your time is waste and you hurt by bad treatment. I don't know when deployment was going on they were conducting interviews so how he can concentrate on interview that's why he asked how to setup permission of folder which he might have fixed just before the interview and I think some deployment process was pending from his side just before taking the interview with me that why he was behaving absence minded ahhh boss don't put your legs same time on two boats. Now a days no respect for the person who are searching for job even more experience person that kind of professionalism gone. Please Do respect, have patience, don't judge people with two questions or with your experience which you faced, first concentrate what others saying, the person who are coming interview have at least expectations interviewer should respect, value his position after all we are IT people please don't make it like a fish market. We should maintain our own standards otherwise no difference with other. Give respect and take respect.
