Phone interview at beginning. One week later an in person interview. The in person interview lasted a half day. Met with the hiring manager. Met with several of the staff that would be peers. Interview with each person was different in terms of content. Found the staff and hiring manager to be professional.

I had applied through a consultant - the JD particularly mentioned JAVA and .NET program manager role . The interview lasted for 12 minutes , very surprised to see - not a single question on Program management nor JAVA or any other technical question . There were questions asked like ( tell me about yourself, discuss the last project - however no more questions on the last project except the my UK location of the project, where do I stay in my native place, how old is my kid now ) . When I was given a chance to ask anything, I wanted to know more about the role in question and answer was 'It is pretty much like what I have done before' . Interview ended.
