I was interviewed 2 times, 1. Managerial Round in Dec 2020 to set expectation & understanding my current role. This involved some technical discussion on previous projects. It went well. Received call from HR in 3-4 days that my profile suits their requirement & some were some negotiation on role/responsibilities. The HR/Resource team did not revert back after I had set my expectation ( not salary but role ). There was not update after that. I also did not follow-up. Fast forward 5 months. Same HR called me in month of May 2021 citing earlier position was not inline with my profile but for new technical role my profile suits best. And if I am ready to proceed further. Which I agreed to. 2. Technical round mostly on linux systems & previous work. This went well too. Since then I have not gotten any feedback or mail from HR/talent acquisition/hiring manager if I am selected or not. Sharing this as I see that most of us have had similar experience with Harman interview. Its an eyewash.. seriously.. esp for senior folks.. :)
