The HR ghosted me after inviting me to interview and didn't even bother following up even though I had reached out multiple times to set up an interview. This shows a complete lack of disregard of a candidate's time and lack of respect.

I communicated closely with the recruiter, including preparing specific materials for the application, until they just ghosted me. The role was closely matched to my experience so I expected at least that they would let me know if I was still being considered. I found this very unprofessional.
