I got a call from HR and he asked me about CTC and ECTC and then interview got scheduled. 1st round was technical round for 1hr and 2 persons panel was there and it went well. On same day 2nd round was scheduled which was managerial round and in this round the guy just said that they can't give me ECTC and then I agreed on the pay for which I had another offer. After knowing my ECTC the guy was not interested in interview and started giving excuses like you won't get your desired position or we don't have this technology like that and I agreed on all but then he asked me one worst question which was like to give list of dealers which are there within 5km area from my live location and saying I don't want to use any map api here. And as soon as I said that It isn't possible without map api then he said try to do it offline and started saying that's all from my side, nice talking to you. If you are asking any question for TL level to any developer so agree to pay salary of a TL. Don't waste time of any candidate.
