Bizarre interview process. The first interview was with the owner Cathy Vee. She did nothing but talk about what a great business woman she was. No questions were asked about my previous working experience. I was asked to come in for a second interview to meet with the Staffing Manager and GM of the agency. When I arrived I met only with Cathy Vee again although the Staffing Manager was present in the office. She proceeded to go through the exact same interview I had with her the first time around where she only spoke about herself and what a great person she was, but this time she also spoke very negatively about the Staffing Manager. I received an offer and upon my first day I was told that I was hired to be an Account Manager and that I was mistaken that I had interviewed for a recruiting position. I had to refer back to my emails that I kept between Cathy and I to verify I wasn't crazy.
