Usually 2-3 rounds of interview takes place followed by a telephonic round. It may either be completed within a single day or atmost 2 days. Usually candidates having a B-Tech with MBA degree are preferred.

Basically the questions are very quick and tough, so one should have a strong hold of his subjects. Also some questions are Unexpected and Tricky such as " Are you willing to work for us in a salary half of what you expect?".
